Following the official announcement by the Australian Embassy in Thailand and the University of Melbourne , Mr. Saharat Laksanasut was selected as the sole Thai Government Teacher Representative to participate in the Australia–ASEAN (BRIDGE) School Partnership Program 2025–2026 . Subsequently, the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) , through the Chonburi–Rayong Secondary Educational Service Area Office , issued an official order authorizing Mr. Saharat Laksanasut to travel on an overseas government assignment to the Commonwealth of Australia . Mr. Saharat Laksanasut served as a guest speaker in the “Professional Capacity Development Program for Assistant Teachers Toward Becoming Professional Educators (Fiscal Year 2026)” , organized by the Chonburi–Rayong Secondary Educational Service Area Office . The lecture took place at the conference hall of Boutique City & Bravo Hotel Pattaya, Chonburi Province , where Mr. Laksanasut shared insights and experiences to support assistant teachers in their journey toward becoming professional educators.
