From a “Thai classroom” to the stage of international collaboration — one of the experiences that has completely transformed my perspective as a teacher.
Over the past few months, I have had the incredible opportunity to participate in the ASEAN–Australia BRIDGE School Partnerships Program — an international educational partnership initiative between ASEAN countries and Australia. What makes me most proud is that Angsilapittayakom School was selected as a representative school from Thailand to build a partnership with Oxley College in Australia. But what happened throughout this journey meant far more than just an “exchange program.” Everything began when Australian teachers visited our school in Thailand. We did not simply want to “host international guests” — we genuinely wanted them to experience the real Thailand through our education system, students, teachers, local community, and culture.
