 นายสหรัฐ ลักษณะสุต ได้รับทุนจากสมาคมครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษแห่งประเทศไทย และสํานักงานฝ่ายโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสหรัฐอเมริกา

ตามที่ สมาคมครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระอุปถัมภ์ของสมเด็จพระเจ้าพี่นางเธอเจ้าฟ้า กัลยาณิวัฒนา กรมหลวงนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ (Thailand TESOL) ร่วมกับสํานักงานฝ่ายโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ (RELO) สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสหรัฐอเมริกา ได้ดําเนินการให้คณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคม ครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษแห่งประเทศไทย เครือข่าย 9 ภาค (Thailand TESOL Affiliates) ประกาศรับสมัครผู้เข้ารับ การคัดเลือกเพื่อรับทุน RELO Grantees ประจําปี 2565-2566 และได้มีการคัดเลือกเบื้องต้นและจัดสัมภาษณ์ ออนไลน์ในช่วงเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2565 นั้น บัดน้ี คณะกรรมการฯ ได้ดําเนินการสรุปผลการคัดเลือกเสร็จสิ้นเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว

นายสหรัฐ ลักษณะสุต ได้รับการคัดเลือกจาก สมาคมครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษแห่งประเทศไทย และสํานักงานฝ่ายโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสหรัฐอเมริกา ให้ได้รับทุนและเป็นผู้แทนครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษจากภาคตะวันออกในการเข้าร่วมการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติประจําปีของสมาคมครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษแห่งประเทศไทย ประจําปี 2566 (The 42nd Thai TESOL International Conference 2023) ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 ธันวาคม 2565 - วันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม 2566

The Thailand TESOL Association, under the royal patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana, in collaboration with the Regional English Language Office (RELO) of the U.S. Embassy, announced the call for applications for the RELO Grantees Program 2022–2023 through its 9 regional TESOL affiliates. Initial selection and online interviews were conducted in November 2022.

The selection committee has now finalized the results, and Mr. Saharat Laksanasut has been selected to receive the grant. He will represent English teachers from the Eastern region of Thailand at the 42nd Thai TESOL International Conference 2023, scheduled from December 17, 2022, to May 6, 2023.
